@Tom Parris thanks yes the renter is already in my property and they are in health care so job security is not a problem and I have no mortgage on the rental so that helps

And, possibly even the way we evaluate transferring credentials between countries for health care workers of the current death rate trend for health care workers hold true for the duration.
