Downtown Mansfield isn't good for real estate, but everything that surrounds downtown Mansfield is crazy!

I currently saving for my third house, but I am unsure  if I should buy a third property in Winston Salem or branch out to surrounding towns like Charlotte, High Point, or Greensboro. 

They crave social acceptance and have a deep-seated need to be surrounded all the time by others who encourage them in their way of thinking, whatever it is.But getting back to the specific thing you asked...no, you won't get a chance.

We live in Pearland,Tx but can drive to many surrounding areas.

It's a major win-win in my opinion.Lastly, if you had 3 subject to's called for no reason whatsoever then I wonder what the rest of the story is and the details surrounding that because you are the first document-able person I've ever heard of who has had it happen.  

As far as value/affect on the surrounding neighborhood - I am guessing that it will immediately have little impact but will likely improve value over the long term if when the school is built and starts to get good test scores/reviews as families will be drawn to that neighborhood. 

in my market (houston and some surrounding areas) I know the realtors that have their names on the signs and can call them up to simply ask about deals, and some call me before the deals show up on the mls.

I agree the surrounding areas are growing because people are moving out of Baltimore and into the growing suburbs, but the fact is they are still moving out of Baltimore.

Are you buying primarily in BA ,  Tulsa or surrounding area?
