I've recently jumped into the REI game and I've found out that if you don't have a "employee" job or a W2 in order to get a home loan you have to have 2 years of reliable income history. 

In need of a quality roofer in the Clearwater area for my duplex. Any recs would be appreciated.I have already called "Done-Rite" and "#1 Home-roofing", any other ones that anyone recommends?Thanks!

My question is , what are some reliable insurance companies in Florida , that are also highly likely to provide sinkhole endorsement coverage?

If they are professionals, they will tell you the fees are non-negotiable, just like when you go to a professional plastic surgeon vs. a back-alley surgeon.#3 is an absolute must.

I have a two flat with a 5 car garage in Rogers Park and I'm looking for a reliable/trustworthy handyman to do small repairs around the place. 

They charge as much as anyone else, but we've found them reliable.

You can do this by looking for comparable properties on AirBNB, VRBO, or local property manager sites and checking their calendars (though that's going to be most reliable for the next couple of months, less reliable for dates further out).  

Looking for someone who can give me directions to get good reliable info in detroit market.

That being said I am looking for insight from fellow San Antonio investors that have reliable contractors that currently have the bandwidth to take on another rehab.
