so take the simplest concept in all of real estate investing land  IE being a landlord  buy home rent home .. nothing can be simpler to understand.. bring in financing like it used to be open to all that have decent job and credit and have low barrier of entry IE mid west homes that can make a few bucks a month and there you have it a business model.

It sounds like one of the key ingredients to problems is a disgruntled homeowner so if I can eliminate that side of the equation, the only people left to deal with are business people that don't have an emotional attachment.
