Those price-points give me serious pause... 

.* Put W-2 work search on pause, since surgery is coming up in less than a month.* Registered and start my classes online for Software Engineering on Saturday, and will be saving the tuition assistance payments the VA will be paying out.* I spoke with an investor yesterday and he mentioned going the seller-financing/subject-to route, which I am totally open to.

The weather gives  me pause though.  

This statement is on an offering that's seems pretty good and it gives me pause for some reason.  24 units in 2 buildings 96% occupied yet shows 15% vacancy loss per posted expenses. 

Gives me a little more insight and will help me pause before jumping into the next shiny opportunity to help get my business going.

Going once... twice..... sold"At the tax lien sale, they don't do this and the tax collector usually just says "sold" after about a 2 second pause of silence.This led to a mini bruhaha, as one bidder stated her name JUST 1 second AFTER her bid, to essentially tell the tax collector she was the last bid.....As the tax collector said sold and her name (not giving other bidders time to hear, or respond in a split second), 2-3 other people outbid her, but the first bidder said....

And I actually paused my contributions in 2017 but restarted this year. 

The cost ($3k, net of pre-paids) of a refi is relatively low but still gives me pause. 

I've got one investment with them and was looking to do another, but this is giving me great pause. 

Then I give them the ballpark number, and I pause and wait for them to respond.
