My personal view is that housing prices don't really come down, they just kind of quit growing and the entire housing market shrinks as a percentage of GDP as both buyers and sellers exit the scene.

This is deal flow that won't touch the traditional wholesale market and will happen "behind the scenes" with our network of buyers.

Hey guys,I am new to the REI scene so take it easy on me!

It has served me quite well learning from those more experienced, but the dating scene is a bit difficult due to the age demographic so this is one big reason for moving.South Florida is holding pretty strong compared to other places, but I am seeing 5-10% price drops.

Seaside does have quite a few family vacationers but by the boardwalk at night it becomes teen/ 20 year olds scene, it's kinda known as a party town.

I'm new to the real estate scene and seeking to get an FHA 203k loan to fun my first property.

I don't understand what all the line items mean, how they're calculated (or not), and what is happening behind the scenes and by who between when I put an offer on a house and I sign the documents. 

Lots of changes have been happening and it is a destination for much of the up and coming food/brewery scene here in Cleveland.

We've been to that area a few times, and really love it there - such a beautiful countryside, and an incredible wine scene.

(huge art and music scene, affordable rent, "authenticity" etc...)
