A guy at the gym told me about this program and told me he makes any from $500-$5000, he's gotten a $5000 check before he claims...and that they will let the inspector have any belongings that are left behind including vehicles!

Landlords are finally realizing rental rates have to go up to meet costs.I think this is only the start as there are small metro areas here that are thinking of imposing landlord fee ordinances and eliminating the vehicle tax which will further increase rents to tenants.

We got this house for the low-20s and a similar house is currently listed in the low-80s.Flippers are taxed like any other inventory-carrying business, so really we're not that different from, say, a used car lot that does light work on the vehicles.

my sister inherited a lot of money and has it in a investments through a financial planner.Is there anyway that she can remove a large portion of her Investment money out of that vehicle and make it available to me to pay her the 8 to 12% interest that she's not getting now without a IRS penalty for pulling it out.
