I do still plan on having follow up conversations with USREEB because they have overwhelmingly good feedback but my interaction with Mackaylee was also less than stellar.

If you aren't worried about dealing with guest interaction yourself and have someone who would do cleaning (or you'll do it yourself), then self-managing is totally reasonable.

Many cities now have online interactive zoning viewers that can provide you with all the information you need to understand exactly how many units you will be able to build.I saw that Columbus has one hereI'd also recommend doing some research on nearby developments from the past 5-10 years. 

What is it like when you first get a duplex? Do you introduce yourself? How do you go about doing that?
