@Kiet Ho those who are accumulating cash faster than they can spend/invest, they learn very quickly that there is no point in taking any loan as the cash pile will keep getting bigger sitting in a savings account.

I believe in taking care of those that take care of you.

I don't believe in taking 1 penny from a customer until after my customer is satisfied.

Word is already out, as the bank has received a couple calls from out of state development groups interested in taking it over.

@Jason MaExcellent post and I agree with your thinking.I do believe in taking investing step by step, gaining hands on experience, and building a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise.

The wholetailer works as a middleman in taking a property from 'wholesale' (yes, I do hate that word) to 'quasi-retail'.

For me, it was an exercise in taking action to get started, and seeing what I could learn along the way.

What exactly do you do besides sign a contract with someone, then try to call people who actually have money to see if they're interested in taking on your contract?
