Also as the tenant helps pay the mortgage down after a few years you can use heloc etc and buy more properties to scale or sell it offSo not only is it OK to have negative CF, but when you do (if you do) gain some equity from appreciation, you think it's also POK to spend it on another negative CF property, while increasing the negative CF from the HOLOC payment on the original Property?
