The toilets are new but the plumbing isn't so please ONLY TP to be flushed.

We thought it would be doable if it gave us business, but so far we have flushed that money away.

We flushed the toilet and the water in the bowl would not go down so I used the shop vac to suck the water out of the tank and the bowl.Since we agreed to be responsible for the first $300 of repairs we called a plumber.

Ridgewood, Flushing, Emigrant, etc. 

Make sure you get someone who knows what they are doing, or else you'll flush a lot of money down the drain.

Does anyone have any experiences/thoughts on the dual-flush toilets for rentals?

We were just dealing with a clogged toilet yesterday that was clogged by the tenant flushing things down.  

Neil Goradia OK this flush's out as22 acres  or 44 lots at 85k each to builder  or 3.750.000land 500k  development 50k per lot or 1.100.00all in 1.6  plus 200k for carrying cost soft cost ut oh costs.. 1.8 total for 2 mil profit on the lots..

I just had a busted sewer line under the slab at one of my rentals. 10 months of cash flow literally flushed down the drain.
