However, I recognize that the income from being a private instructor and gigging can dry up when the economy takes a nose dive.  

For me that answer is a plain as the nose on my face.

You don't want to breathe ozone at high concentration as it'll irritate your throat and nose, but it isn't "poisonous" per se.

less than 100.00 dollar but now had a vacancy  now had to do some turn over now had to pay a new lease fee  etc etc.. so that 100.00 get your nose bent out of shape cost them a few thousand.. and then just look at any of @James Wise  photo's he post here on BP of what a tenant can do to a house..

I don't drink bourbon anymore, it gives me bloody nose.  

Today is my first day on BP, so just nosing around.  

I don't know any other industry that allows all of this through a website without paying through the nose.
