You approve the male and tell the female she's denied.Even if your screening were based solely on the data, the single mother could claim you discriminated against her because she is black or because she is a single mother, both protected classes.

Following  @Koleton Daley 's comments, I would suggest you look into the directors/shareholders/etc of the company.

I am a female (I work in a male dominant industry and so I am Accustomed to “proving” myself in that aspect), but also I look like I’m 13 even though I’m 23 so I am prepared for people to not take me seriously at first glance but I really like the strategy you suggested!

I am a full time high school teacher, head varsity volleyball coach and co-director of a local volleyball club in Clovis/Fresno, CA. 

(and even with AAA it can take several hours to tow a car and that loss of time may mean a sale or not, a job or not, etc..... also, if this is a female then breaking down in the wrong place can be scary..... 

Since this purchase isn't as straight forward as all of my other vacant property purchases, I figured it'd be a good time to invite my "message board of directors" to chime in and provide help, guidance, and feedback.  

As to female agents, I can't speak for others.. but I often married females to be my real end user.
