My unit seems to be attracting quite a few folks that are highly interested but they are moving out of the nest for the first time and don't have prior rental history.This will be my first tenant of my choosing so I am really trying to get a good one.

In my area of southern CA, many new construction and heavy rehabs with additions incorporate smart features in their homes, including myself which is not only helping sell the homes, but it is almost a requirement from buyers now as they are expected once you hit specific price points.Any home in my area selling for $1.2M or more should at minimum have a nest thermostat (or similar smart brand) and a nest or ring door bell system.
