The problem with Zelle you encountered is not with Zelle - but with your bank; not all banks/credit unions offer Zelle for all business account types.

Used existing hood just pulled off the "oak wood grain" sticker on the front.

At the end of the day you probably won't encounter a scenario where you lose 100% of the property where the insurance won't step in to make you whole.
