Shelter interested in renting my units

I'm a new owner of a vacant 2 family that I just began showing this weekend.  This is my first multi-family property and even though I owned a single family rental for 5 years, I'm definitely still an inexperienced landlord.  I was contacted today by an agency looking to rent both units of my home for victims/families of domestic violence.  They stated the agency pays the rent and  utilities.  Has anyone ever encountered this?  1. Do I want something like this for my newly renovated property? 2. I'm assuming I'd need some sort of permission from the city to do something like this. 3. Lead paint is an unknown, obviously a no-go for families with young children.  Needless to say, I'd need WAY more info but I'm just curious if anyone has done this? Thoughts?
