I know it's cosmetic, but I just got SO disappointed that a turnkey DID NOT have flooring at all in that bedroom???

Generally the seller's interpretation will be a little more optimistic and you'll later find yourself very disappointed.

For those who have small holdings, property management companies usually bring disappointment. 

So I finally received my new appraisal about a week ago and it was a pretty big disappointment from what I was expecting.So I then spent some time on trying to teach myself the appraisal process and try and keep it as short and sweet as I can.Here is his appraisal analysis sheet So hes telling me that the best use of this property would be to owner occupy the house.

I've seen it go one of three ways:- They get excited about some price point or monthly savings or something, only to be disappointed. - They assume they can't do it, when they can, and miss out on opportunity. - The person makes triple what they need and have a FICO score 100 points higher than needed, so it makes no difference and was a pointless exercise.

Reading all of the reviews has left me discouraged and disappointed, especially since I too have fallen victim to the $3,000 fee. 

I feel like this should be a boarded up house or something...

C’mon BP, don’t disappoint.
