An L-shaped modest sized lot with an easement for one neighbor to drive through and for another neighbor to have a septic system upon.

If need be I can drive to San Antonio to pay earnest money but Houston is a bit out of the way.

Besides the fact that the drive to Disney is brutal, that community in itself has had MAJOR issues with safety and parties over COVID.

As a I have developed a keen eye for potential and a deep understanding of the market.

I live in Clearwater which is a quick drive to Tampa. 

Flip side though, any good contractor should have no issues having a full deep discussion with the how's and whys of any project. 

Since you are on the other side of the country, you may not have considered that PA is filled with many micro markets as well within driving distance of Philly.

That being said, a lot of my guests also were visiting to go to the mountains (or Red Rocks Amphitheater for a show), so it isn't all about downtown, but Adams/Centennial would add another 15 minutes on a drive to the mountains. 

Half the crew are driving company vehicles and receiving bonuses on top.
