Is she cute?

Looking to put a window graphic on my truck.

I've done a lot of reading both in purchased books, and websites where there are all sorts of success stories about a cute little 80k find that with 5% down, eventually rents for 750/month and cash flows 150/month.

It's not graphically pretty, but it's fast and it works.Also KEEP YOUR OVERHEAD DOWN. 

I’m willing to offer logo design, business card design, branding and rebranding, flyer layout for wholesalers and anything else you can think off graphic design.

About once a week I drive by a business that is set up on a corner that has a car parked in the lot that has graphics on it that says, "I buy houses." 

Unfortunately cute is not the same thing as smart. 

 Bold print is always cute in posts, but kinda like getting yelled at by my 6th grade teacher 50 years ago.
