Have you done a pre-app with the county to see if they will buy into your idea?

I have to say that I have considered experimenting with another app when my next turnover happens, just to to explore other options, not because I'm dissatisfied with Apartments.com

General Contractors, is there one particular software or app that you use for lead management from initial contact through estimating and ultimately invoicing and communication with the client?

Ive been on Bigger Pockets for some time now, and a while back I tried getting my friend into it.Now, finally, he went to download the app for BP, but it is no longer on the IOS App store.
