Hey I just received 10,000k bonus from my job and I was wondering how can I invest into real estate ?

@Jeffrey Falby If you gave me $10K I wouldn't spend a dime on property. Did I just say that? REI is not always about $$$.

I'd spend it on market research, networking, and creating deal flow. I'd use it on bad consumer debt if you have any. 

Get into a stronger future buying position. Unless you KNOW your market, have a niche, and stick to a strategy it's easy to make poor investment decisions. Your profile says NYC so I can't imagine $10K making much of difference. Prices are high but don't let it kill the vibes. Learn as much as possible for free and then find/buy/create a deal that meets your goals.
