Fyi, after my research on about a half a dozen property management companies I ended up engaging with Spinnaker in Tacoma mainly due to the fact that they don't provide any brokerage services just pure property management.

shI know there are lots of STR hosts, but I don't know of anyone actively managing, at least not as I've heard. 

The few that do, Florida because net listings are legal there, and South Carolina which made it a licensed brokerage activity.
