- List it on the MLS - Re-key - Turn on all utilities in my name - Pull up the carpet and padding if any (this is the cocktail for me, it's more ceremonial than anything. - Start pre-op demo (make sure pre-plannning is still viable) - Bring lockable trailer pod with any materials/installs - Take several deep breaths

@Cole Black my assumption is that it’s like a car dealershipYeah they sell cars but they also make money on the financing and servicesI’m sure golf courses make money on the pro shop, the restaurants, the range and convention area/facilities.My best friend had his wedding on a beautiful golf course.

In the two family she rented out the downstairs studio apartment and she and her husband lived upstairs, but they would also leave and rent out the whole property sometimes and even had a wedding there.

The seller is waiting until Wed for highest and best so i'm going to bump up my offer a bit more.Victor S They are asking 135K for the house.  2 units,1350sqft, 4bdrm/1bth each unit. 

Hello @Charlie Redding.If you aren't wedded to the Seattle area, looking out of state at turnkey cash-flow rentals may be one direction you could go.If your preference keeps you local, then you could consider working with a hard money lender.

(Kind of like the wedding line, "Speak now or forever hold your peace.") 

Either Tuesday 12/1 or Wed. 12/2 works for me, also.

If your in denial you take no action on any of the folks during the 5 month foreclosure gestation period.. and now you have mandatory mediation etc. so lots of time for them to work it out.So what we decided is we only wanted to deal with highly motivated folks and they usually get highly motivated on Monday when their house is going to be sold on Wed. 

Gave it to my wife as a wedding anniversary gift in 2013.
