I have to get all the inspections and COs completed - my Dad and I did alot of work to the interior that never was inspected.           

If you do interior, it could be a good time to be doing inside and outside virtual tours for listings that no one can see as long as you are allowed to.

Interior looks done, but outside might need more work.What about lawn care and snow removal?

Long story short, now he is my eyes on the property so I rarely have to go out to my rentals for inspection as he walks and treats the interiors and gives me an update on how things are looking inside, how clean the tenants are, how many people are inside, etc.   

New roof, new flooring, new interior & exterior paint.

Including an inspection contingency will insure that you get the opportunity to verify the interior condition before proceeding to contract.Make sure you have their home address - if this is an absentee owner.
