I just got word today that my lender won't finance my Columbus, OH brrrr because they are uncomfortable with me being from out of state.  

Obviously, it's your property you are paying for and are responsible for so you should do what you want - you could always say your dog is uncomfortable around other dogs too I guess.

She might even claim that you created a dangerous condition for her by hiring a creepy stalker PM who has been hitting on her, following her on social media and has a key to her apartment which makes her feel uncomfortable and unsafe in her subjective opinion.

Hey @Danny Randazzo This won't be specifically related to what has boosted my apartment investing, but it is directly correlated.A few months back I began practicing the whole "Miracle Morning" routine at 5am every morning for 1 hour.

For some, they will see how inconvenient that process is, and have no interest in having their routines disrupted. 

It is important to visit the property for routine maintenance and to look around to make sure that your property is not being damaged by pets before the lease ends.

You never get the hassle of someone being uncomfortable giving their banking info for a direct deposit service either.

If I were a renter, I'd be extremely uncomfortable with that also and would want to give it to a person or leave it at a secured location.
