Following up, turns out they used a stolen credit card and fake ID.  

I see potential risks with his stuff breaking / being stolen if we found a suitable mid-term renter, if we even can (short term airbnb laws do not allow under 30 day stays in the city unless permitted).

I decided to do a little bit of investigating online and discovered that several other people had similar complaints and even more money stolen, this guy needs to be put out of business and thrown in Jail.Customer Response06/14/2019I need to cancel the initial complaint for the time being, the company has reached back out and we're attempting to resolve this dispute.

@Ohad Folman unfortunately, this happens far to often.You'll need a great PMC that can pick up all the pieces, including taking a video to show current condition.Hopefully, the furnace & HWH have not been stolen and there are no squatters.DM me if I can answer any questions.

This deer cam is 30 feet up in a tree so it cannot be stolen easily.

Aloha,One issue is the potential for improper handling by your staff, resulting in YOUR funds being lost or stolen.

Gut everything, mold issues, stolen copper, and basically nothing salvageable. 

If you do invest the money, it will not last for long (broken, stolen, etc.).
