My first thought is to frame in the smaller unit, then use spray foam insulation to seal it up efficiently.

Had company spray and then removed everything from cabinets, kitchens, flooring, etc.!

We have a professional pest control company check everything, set traps and spray for bugs every quarter to mitigate issues.

Alabama pays their players better and they have a better benefits program, not limited too, but including Deer Antler Spray and Dodge Charger Hellcats with a trunk full of $$$$$ upon delivery.
