I've been hanging out on the website & listening to the podcasts for quite some time now just soaking up information, and thought I'd finally take an action that will actually begin to help me build some meaningful relationships in the industry.

Try to soak up as much of it as you possibly can.

I am still in the saving and learning stage and trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible.

Others have been impossible.Cat urine soaks into the pad and carpet cleaning may not be enough.

Of note the houses under the LLC is our seed money to start flipping (we’re in NYC).  

Right now, you should focus on soaking up all of the knowledge you possibly can on the subject.

I have 300K to aggressively spend in any area of real estate that could finally get my foot in the business and help seed my retirement.

We are really wanting to start capitalizing on our location with vacation rentals but just need some seed money (btw,I’ve asked our local credit union and a few other conventional banks.

The dog has managed to urinate in my bucket soaking my tools!
