Generally the fees are going to be very rough on DSCR Loans of that size (as a percentage of loan amount) but probably no choice right now - the market for DSCR Loans under $100k is very small and less than $75k even smaller. 

Just make sure to screen the buyer carefully and draft a solid contract to minimize risks.

I don't analyze properties, I analyze markets for find the correct strike price, then strike when that number comes up on a property within that market.So, depending on the size of the market I'm analyzing, if I had to guess, I would say anywhere between 1 to 1000.

@Sunghee Shin we actually prefer S8 tenants, if they cooperate with our screening requirements. 

So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?
