Some will have offers on them, others may not fit the criteria you gave him (location, price, size, type of house, etc).

I have done construction loans in the suburbs in Berwyn and Cicero, so my bank wouldn't be the right fit.

I spoke with someone that couldn't find a replacement property that "fit" into their investment criteria.

Then, look and see if any properties fit your strategy that you can acquire at that price point.

It won't fit will all lenders, but there are plenty of bridge lenders here on BP that should be able to give you some options.
