Also, for both of those, the signer has to physically appear (meet in person, not online or over the phone) before a notary, so anyone other than the signer has any of the documents, it can't be legally notarized because the signer didn't physically appear before the notary.

In a worst-case scenario, it would be aggressive and violent tenants who don't want to leave and would physically resist removal from a property and that could be dangerous.

@James Wise our realtor brings us different properties that are going to be up and coming on the MLS and does a lot of the ground work when it comes to seeing properties and sending us information when we can't physically go see them.

They have also been approved for a new casino in the area so this area will definitely help increase the rent with the amount of jobs and tourism it will bring to the area.
