On the current unit I am in Texas heat with no A/C installing kitchen/bath cabinets, fixtures and hardware; running electricity and TV boxes for wall mounted TV’s; wiring outlets and switches; hanging fans; installing recessed lighting and other fixtures; installing blinds, curtain rods, staging furniture and decor.im not billing for this but suppose I should charge the going rate as well.

IIRC the  biggest expense was for the toilet mounting flange, the T-junction to tie into the pipe into the septic system and the new roof jack.

Things to consider is if the wiring used is "UF", this signifies wire that is capable of being direct buried, or in some locations mounted to a house like what you're describing.

You can stencil parking stall numbers and stall markers on hard surfaces, or use a simple pole mounted sign for gravel/rock areas, and specify stall numbers in your Rental Agreement for each unit.
