There isn't any annual tune up with this contract, but if the heat is broken, it will be fixed. 

(to harass my plumber/contractor) (The plumber left me hanging a few years ago so he fixed the problem for free, she has NO need for his contact info)  I sent her pictures of the damage and offered her the $50 cleaning fee back.  

I am bypassing price labs for MTR completely and charging monthly / airbnb and fixed on Furnished Finder because I found that pricelabs does in fact prove difficult for pricing MTR. 2.
