If they are selling real estate to fund their purchase, then they may be willing to continue to pay high prices (since the RE market hasn't gone down). 

I would ask your PM company to continue with the eviction OR offer a cash for keys deal. 

Financing rate is the smartest one to choose if I want to continue to purchase nhomes down the road.
