During law school, I began working for a general contractor on the side and eventually went from lugging lumber and dumpster-diving (it's a thing) to working on every aspect of construction as a full-blown carpenter.I'm currently interested in flipping, note and tax lien purchasing, and other facets of real estate investing that don't involve being a landlord. The one twist is that I'm planning to move to the Brickell section of Miami toward the end of the year, so I probably won't become active in NYC, but I'm still hoping to meet people no matter where I am.Anyway, I'm 56 BP podcasts and several books into my continuing education and am always willing to listen to advice, so please feel free to reach out should anything I've written raise an eyebrow. Thanks for reading.Best regards,Dave
