I respect your values and agree that honesty is important, but it's not the only price of the puzzle.

Although I love solving puzzles all day and it pays great, I realized that I have 40 years left in a cubicle before I can have my freedom.

We need a forum on here just for trivia, jokes and puzzles...

I have the other pieces of the puzzle figured out with refinance lenders, contractors, property managers, realtor, etc etc and understanding how the numbers work...my greatest barrier is just having the cash!

Yep, I saw that the dual job thing might puzzle folks...so I'm making things a little more clear.

When the economy turned, it was just a good indicator, this way I knew if people were leaving the city or were they moving in.Just a very small piece of the puzzle, but it has sure helped me avoid certain areas at certain times.

In reading your profile you say you don't like to stay in one place for too long, however; developers sometimes have to spend months on end, sometimes a year or more planning developments, and all the pieces of the puzzle, and it takes a big commitment of time.

It seems to come up a lot in some of these HGTV shows, I get this puzzle look every time.

Less money spent on supplies, less wear and tear on your place, less money spent on utilities, fewer guest headaches, etc.Bottom line: there’s a LOT of puzzle pieces you have to get right to make this work really well, but once you master it, it can be very rewardingI preferred to invest in the year-round high revenue parts of the US where you can earn a lot of money year-round.
