build it the same on the upward slope as you do the downward. as a matter of fact, that would make an easy garage under it, just maybe an added cost of putting an elevator in for convenience. this way the house is also overlooking the one below.

There is still no issue with any of the lead rules as long as you maintain the property and prevent the things that can cause lead poisoning (chipping paint, etc).With that said, if a child has elevated lead levels, they are going to be working to figure out where it came from.

Now my mountain cabin that is at 2000 ft elevation I have more risk there, but we tell people if a storm is coming pack food, water etc.. and if its gonna be bad storm, we give them the option to cancel with a full refund.
