My comment/question is, has anyone ever considered creating a site or directory related to marketing real estate opportunities for those interested in purchasing student housing whether single, multi, condo or town home for sale nationally?

I’ve gone through Polk Directories and found two people unrelated living at my place in 1943 and an add in the classifieds looking for a renter.

Remember: cheaper doesn't mean you'll make more money.You can start by going to www.narpm.org to search their directory of managers.

Much like Burger King and McDonalds go in next to each other because they know it generates more business for each of them, so too, the more lenders listed in the directory creates more traffic and should benefit all of you http://www.biggerpockets.com/rei/lenders/
