I've been talking with a builder out of Vermont, that does modular with a wide array of different build-types - wall assemblies range from standard 2x6 assemblies to double-stud R41 walls. 

It has a lot more potential for scalability, but I'll have to start over on building assemblies, inputting parts, and generating useful reports for ordering and quotation presentation.

There are a few on Wayfair that look great for around $600ish but when I read the worst reviews it gives me pause about the quality of materials and assembly. 

I bought a cheap self assemble"armoire" that I bought at Ikea.
