I've heard various sources say it was an anti brothel law, and others say it was anti fraternity housing in residential neighborhoods.

I actually thought at first that you might be posting this post as an anti-landlord/ Investor trolling, but then seen  you had a number of other post so I ruled that option out.

They seem to be the trend setter for anti-landlord legislation in WA. 

There are deals in each of those locations and they aren't burdened with the taxes and anti -landlord of either coast. 

It’s a shame that the anti capitalists got hold of control of our education system, and as a result we are producing people with an inability to identify a viable business program from a non viable one. 

These days, college education is too often considered worthless (and for many degrees and institutions it probably is), and there is a tremendously anti-intellectual sentiment in this country.

If rates suddenly lurch up while prices are already unaffordable, it's bad news.And hopefully your comment about being anti-Cali wasn't in reference to me. 

In larger cities there will always be that top 20% succeeding and thriving and drawing in the elite but, and not to get too political here, the high cost, anti-growth policies, debt, and low quality of life for the middle class in these areas is likely to push a lot of people out.

You might even ask IL's own Attorney General, Lisa Madigan who is VERY pro-tenant and anti-investor.
