It's a website that keeps track of which cards you should be adding and subtracting to maximize the bonus points while still keeping your credit score high.My wife and I have been doing it for about 6 months and probably have gotten about $5K of free travel already.  

All the consumer knows is what S/he sees on AirBnb or VRBO or (if you have one) your personal website. 

Please could somebody share some websites where to start looking besides the populars Zillow and Homes, etc. and of course something like first guide or tips.thanks so much!!!

Utilize the County's property search website to identify the names and mailing addresses of those owners.

If you can't run comps on your own or with a member of your team, use Zillow or Redfin or your favorite agent's website (mine is adam-davis.remax.net for example) and search for the criteria (bed/bath/sf) of the property you're looking for, or search for the address.

Find the Cleveland Housing Authority website and look at the application process and income requirements and that might give you a start. 

My question is whether those of you who rent on these websites do background checks on renters or have renters sign any additional rental agreements and just generally how you go about screening renters for 30+ day rentals.
