There are a few exceptions but the sale information is usually front page in the newspaper (Lane County) so anything that is decent, is bid at competitive auction (so not likely to be a great deal).

Post it on Craigslist and Zillow, the newspaper, Facebook and tell everyone you know that you are selling your house.I do recommend an MLS listing - I did a flat fee service once and had ok results.

Wow, this is really scary...This is one of the most illogical discussions I've had here, and I don't know what to make of it (after some seemingly logical discussions with you in the past).If you want to believe something is true because of a single Internet forum post and an illogical interpretation of cause and effect from a newspaper article, I guess I shouldn't bother arguing.Sorry, I can't have this discussion anymore.
