I hide behind humor, and first and foremost I always tell people "SEO is the best thing since fried chicken , water melon, grape soda, AND you can do it YOURSELF".

Do you pay for clicks or have a team that manages your websites SEO?

@Pratik P.Hi Pratik,I stopped really focusing on Seo about 10 years ago.

Meaning they are above 50 yrs old and they are not that "tech savvy" (seo, social media, savvy with direct mail) like a younger generation of investors perhaps.So I'm need your help because I've been struggling doing deals via direct mail (which is another story I won't get into).I really would like to know, how these investors are getting the 1) quantity and 2) consistent deal flow!

The websites that show up on top probably get decent traffic or they pay for SEO, which also indicates that they may be active / successful investors.

I do drip campaign for post cards as well.C) Later on, when you've closed a few deals and you have the money, you can also target for motivated sellers by having an SEO optimized site and and doing PPC and google adwords, etc, which a friend is helping us with.We are working on having a separate site for pre-foreclosure leads, so it's easier for us to track which lead funnel is doing what.

The bad thing abotu that is that at this moment I'm working on a tutorisl shwoiung real esatet people how to build thier own website that they own 100%.I'm still working on the giuide which will show you how to buy the domain, seo, email marekting to gettign leads.I know peopel don't wnatt ospedn hundreads if not thousdands of dollars on this, so this is why I took the pleasrue of priving this content for free.

SEO takes a while (and is not my strong-suit) so I've outsourced some of it.
