I do frequent drive-bys to keep an eye on the condition of the outside.

We plan on keeping our regular DM campaign in place to frequently hit that list.  

However, we use it frequently to figure out values of homes based on what was sold that's comparable to property we look at.For rents, we tend to favor Craigslist.
