And streets there just turn. there is an over supply of homes there like 40 to 50k homes can be bulldozed and they would not be missed.. the local boys will do well they are on it and can manage it. and are probably laughing all the way to the bank but out of state well that's another kettle of fish all together. best of luck

Personally I'd stand put with my offer, it really sounds like in this case and with the way it played out the seller is fishing to see if he can't pull a little extra out of you. 

Do you think thats a good idea or wait and buy the "big fish'' which is the home for the assisted living for seniors.  

I'm a member of the Minnesota REIA, and I've found Fish MLS is good working with investors. 

My brother has a larger ski/fish chalet he rents vrbo year round and practically earns a middle class living from just that one.

I love to fly-fish, tie my own flies and take my kids out to explore the wilderness. 

I lived here all my life it isn't a place for little fish (I'm a little fish) . 

We hunt and fish and farm, most days, and occasionally we sneak into town to poach a property or two!

@Ben Leybovich I would disagree about getting the large companies unless you are a large fish in their large pond.
