Episode 39 on the podcast :) I've found that I can get this list from my county treasurer for $75 in an excel format. 

I was baffled that others didn't see what I saw...paid $100k for a 2bd and 2 years later folks were offering me $440k, I decided to hold on instead...My point for sharing that is: one man's D is another man's (or woman's) treasure.

I realize the treasure hunt can be fun to try and find an untapped market, it just may be hard to get reliable data on your own.

Conversation with the Treasurer's staff after the auction shed some light, and an option... they would take a personal/corporate check with bank letter certifying funds. 

The general term "certificate of title", as used herein should not be confused with the "Certificate of Title" that is issued to a titleholder of land registered under a Torrens system.A certificate of title does not guarantee title, but does certify the condition of the title as of the date the certificate is issued, on the basis of an examination of the public records maintained by the recorder of deeds, the county clerk, the county treasurer, the city clerk and collector and clerks of various courts of record.

.- There has been no list communicating as to which unit owners are even serving on the board (i.e. secretary, treasurer, vice president).I've been bringing these items to the attention of board members, the property management group, and other unit owners for the last two years and have not seen any progress.
