Individual suite addresses shall be displayed with minimum 4 inch (102 mm) high contrasting numbers or letters placed on the front and rear doors of tenant areas in buildings, where applicable.

House was built in 1987, and the rear porch was added in 2002. 

We have recently purchased a 5 unit multi family property. 3 of the units are in the rear and there are 2 parking spots.

Purchase price: $110,000 Cash invested: $20,000 Sale price: $185,000 Demolition of rear extension to floor slab, rebuild on same footprint, new kitchen, bathroom and cosmetics.

I scoured the Better Business Bureau and Forum posts about this RV rental company to try to be ready for issues. the independent mechanic came up with seepage at the top of the radiator, and uneven wear on a rear brake pad and caliper issues.

The others ways related to RE are making extra mortgage payment (interest deduction) or hold profitability investments a year and a day.

Just like you don't drive a car looking through  the rear view mirror, investing only off past data can be dangerous to your wallet. 

Unit 1 is 4 bed, 3 bath, and access to rear parking area.
