@Cole Black my assumption is that it’s like a car dealershipYeah they sell cars but they also make money on the financing and servicesI’m sure golf courses make money on the pro shop, the restaurants, the range and convention area/facilities.My best friend had his wedding on a beautiful golf course.

Hello @Charlie Redding.If you aren't wedded to the Seattle area, looking out of state at turnkey cash-flow rentals may be one direction you could go.If your preference keeps you local, then you could consider working with a hard money lender.
