i agree with @William Leahy. it's a treasure hunt for the best look, best quality, best price. we do a combination of estate sales, auctions, IKEA , ebay and craigslist. love to find vintage art and housewares and mix that with high quality furniture from West Elm, Room & Board etc from craigslist (amazing what people almost give away on CL when they need to move!).

Would like to get this community's opinion on a concept I'm exploring.The idea is to convert 70s/80s vintage motels (Gulf Coast of Florida) to economical housing for low income tenants.

Property was complete remodel with everything touched to create this coastal gem.

Second on the list of upcoming projects is this neglected gem which has been sitting vacant for 5 years and is currently owned by an out of country investor. 

This area is one of Oahu's hidden gems.

We found a gem of spot through fb marketplace, but it was due to my wife constantly checking market place.

We have often seen 3-5 vehicle's parked there.The cottage is 1950's vintage so the septic o/flows a couple of times during the summer & has to be pumped.

You’ll have to look deep to find a gem that you need.

These two tax books are (in my biased opinion) absolute gems.
