With all the market repricing its self and all the recent condo/ apartment development in East Village/ downtown I see little  appreciation in the downtown San Diego condo market  over the next 24 month.

Spent a lot of time in German Village over the years, which is beautiful.

If you guys are interested in a medium sized apartment complex, there is one in the village of Wappingers Falls, the new up and coming spot.

Personally I would avoid East Village for my mid-terms.
